Time and attendance In development

From clock-in on site to payroll.

Operatives clock in and out from their phone, hours land on the weekly timesheet against the right job, and approved hours flow to payroll and job costs.

In development Proven in our own M&E business and on the Constructicore roadmap. Join the waiting list to try it first.

What is planned

What timesheets to payroll will do.

Clock in from a phone

Operatives clock in and out on site, with location captured at clock-in and clock-out only, never tracked in between.

Weekly timesheets

Hours build up on each person's weekly timesheet against the right job, ready for approval.

Approval

Supervisors approve or query hours before they go anywhere.

Payroll

Approved hours sent to payroll, planned for Xero first, without retyping.

Labour costs by job

Approved hours become labour costs against each job, next to what you have applied for.

Fair and transparent

Operatives see their own hours, and location is only recorded at the moments they clock in and out.

One core system

Part of Constructicore, not another app.

Timesheets to payroll will work in the same system as your payment applications, variations and Construction Act deadlines, so each job has one record from instruction to final account.
