Is there a charge per contract or per application?
Not for subcontractors: Standard and Business include unlimited projects, contracts and applications, for one flat fee however busy you are. Main contractors pay per live project, or one price for unlimited projects.
How does main contractor pricing work?
Your first project is free for 90 days, for up to 30 packages. After that it is £99 a month for each live project, or £349 a month for unlimited projects. Assessments and notices on existing packages always carry on, so no deadline is missed because of billing.
What is the Supply Chain Pass?
An option for main contractors that covers your subcontractors' access, so they use Constructicore free for your packages: £75 a month per project, or £199 a month with unlimited projects. It makes asking your supply chain to use it an easy yes.
What is the difference between Standard and Business?
Standard is for up to 3 users, which suits most small firms: a director, a QS and accounts, for example. Business is for larger commercial teams, with unlimited users, roles and authority limits, integrations and priority support.
How does founding pricing work?

Will I pay if my main contractor uses Constructicore?
Not always. When a main contractor invites you to a package, you start with a free trial and then choose a plan to keep submitting applications; you can always view and export what is there. Some main contractors cover their subcontractors' access, in which case their packages are free for you.
What happens to my records if I stop paying?
Your account moves to read only. Nothing is deleted, and you can view and export your applications, notices and evidence at any time.
