Connecting Procore to Constructicore

For main contractors who manage commitments in Procore and want to receive, assess and certify subcontractor payment applications in Constructicore.

What the connection does

  • Reads your Procore projects, and the commitments on a project you choose: subcontracts (work order contracts) and purchase orders, with their schedule of values.
  • Brings each commitment you tick into Constructicore as a package, with the schedule of values as the contract sum analysis, ready to invite the subcontractor.
  • Uses the permissions of the Procore user who connects: it sees only the projects and commitments that user can see.
  • It does not change anything in Procore at this stage.

Before you start

  • A Constructicore account with main contractor projects switched on, and a user who can manage company settings.
  • A Procore user in your company who can see the project and its commitments.
  • The Constructicore app installed in your Procore company by a Procore company administrator (Company Admin, App Management).

Connect

  1. In Constructicore, go to Settings, Procore and click Connect to Procore.
  2. Sign in to Procore and allow access.
  3. If your Procore login can reach more than one company, choose the company to use.

Import commitments

  1. Open the project under Main contractor (create it first if needed).
  2. In the Procore section, choose the matching Procore project and click Link project.
  3. Tick the commitments to bring in and click Import ticked commitments.
  4. On each new package, check the payment terms, add the subcontractor's email, choose the compliance documents, and invite the subcontractor.

A commitment can be imported once; the list shows which are already in Constructicore.

Disconnect

Go to Settings, Procore and click Disconnect Procore. Packages already imported stay in Constructicore. You can also remove the app in Procore's App Management.
